How I wish I had knowledge of CQ 15 years ago as a young muroora or makoti. Marriage, generally in African Traditions, is not for the faint hearted...there is a huge expectation for the new bride to fit into the new family like a perfect piece of the puzzle 😅 It is my assumption that most new brides only experience culture shock with zero knowledge of CQ.
Corporate office culture. That is a diverse subject. I'm in IT so you can imagine the environment. You come in, assess, conform. If you're offended by swearing best stay away. That in itself is an "acceptable" norm till you're in a meeting with business (aka stakeholders). So never mind changing companies but changing just for people in the same company but a different department... Which brings about corporate culture and sub-culture. Very fascinating topic
